Hello and sorry again for bothering you with the same subject I decided to make malleable implant. I still have problems and premature PE ejacualtion. some say that the implant solves PE. Others say no. With the implant, can have a normal sex life. I mention that I tried drugs like priligy of 30mg and 60mg. Thank you very much in advance for your help.

An implant doesn’t cure Premature Ejaculation.

However because you can ejaculate and still have a rock hard penis, it does not matter in terms of satisfying your partner.

You only have to work through the feeling of rolling over and going to sleep.

As Freddy says, There will be little difference to any prior PE if the operation is done properly. I say this as sometime the nerve bundle can be disturbed and some find it more difficult to orgasm for many months after surgery. Some don't ever recover and some can't orgasm full stop.

However, a high volume surgeon, who knows what he is doing, has your best interests at heart and uses the Penascrotal approach should not change anything. You will need to train yourself to continue after you have finished and this will take time.

I am yet to use my implant, but along with my Peyronies i suffered chronic PE. Pre PD I would cum in 30 seconds yet stay hard and continue for another 30 minutes or more, , often Cumming another couple of times. Once PD set in, it became much harder but i am confident i will be as i was pre PD when i can use my new toy.
