What direction do you keep your penis in your underwear when deflated?

Postby Blankloads69 » Tue Mar 15, 2022 11:57 pm

Maybe it's because I'm only a month post-op and was finally given the okay to start cycling, but I still haven't determined what the best direction is to keep my penis when deflated. It's still slightly uncomfortable no matter the direction for me, but putting it up actually seems to be the least uncomfortable of all.

This is my biggest struggle tbh. At first i put it upwards which is recommended by quite a few, but it's uncomfortable as i have dog ears where my curve is and they hinge really badly and i'm sure it's making the curve worse. So now i've started wearing it down in seperatec boxer shorts. It's still uncomfortable but it feels more natural and my flacid hang is starting to normalise rather than stick out at 3 oclock. Like you i'm a month in and still in pain but improving.
Peyronies since december 2017. 80 degree curve and shrinkage. Tried every supplement, traction and VED.

i can only wear mine pointing up or at a slight angle to the side. Even deflated, i am still very rigid and there is no way he is going below my pelvis line currently.

I actually spoke to my local Coloplast Rep last night - Artful - Happy to give you her details - she is based in London. She was a great help and really put my mind at rest. She thinks i might still have a fair bit of swelling and just let things be for the next few weeks. I can't wait for my dick to hang naturally!
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

For my first few months after surgery I kept it wherever it wouldn't hurt. Now it hangs down my left leg, just like it did years ago. One change I had to make was my underwear. Used to wear briefs but I hung out of the leg. Switched to boxer briefs and they offer good support and longer leg length.

A year in, I can comfortably wear my flaccid dick anywhere I want it. In underwear or free balling, it generally hangs in my right pant leg.

Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

What direction did you keep your penis before your implant?
