How long before your bells get used to the pump?
And is it better to wear a jock strap or let them hang loose.
Might ache about ten after about 10 mins of walking about

I wore a jockstrap for two weeks by doctor recommendation. Took about a week after that for dull ache to subside. Stopped wearing jock because Dr. said pump needs to be pulled down. Didn't make sense in my simple mind to constrict all day then try to pull the pump down.
