Can inflated Penis tucked in with the stomach using wear underwear.
Can deflated Penis feels like natural?

Inflated, why would you wear anything? If just implanted you would be given a jock strap most likely but for me keeping it upright was a little painful at first as mt penis head was above the strap.
Deflated, for me it does not feel like a normal penis but it does look natural. It is a lot longer deflated then before my surgery.

I’m almost 4 weeks post op and my flaccid looks and feels like an erect penis. It is at 2 o clock and is probably firm enough to have some form of intercourse If I really wanted to. I can’t bend it down so am still wearing it up and is making my glands incredibly sore. I have not yet fully healed from my penoscrotal incision so I haven’t really started cycling yet but I am hoping things change once I do.

I'm about 4 months post op and it is becoming much much softer when flaccid. Yes, you can wear it pointed up both inflated and deflated. Although wearing it pointed up while inflated will be uncomfortable if too long.

You have the Titan now? How does it hang at 4 months post op? How long post op did it take to hang somewhat normal flaccid, so as it wouldn’t look like a woody while being naked?

That‘s not correct. My Titan looks and feels absolutely natural. Just give it some time. My girlfriend said no woman would ever believe that my penis isn‘t 100 % natural.
