I have PE and it has always bothered me and I have dealt with it and the peyronies and ED until now which all other options (pills! Cock rings, acoustic wave therapy and peyronies surgery) have been tried and are failing and now is the time to hit the nuclear button which I almost did last year and chickened out but now I’m ready. My question is to those who have or had PE, did your implant help at all with premature ejaculation? I now that some have said it doesn’t matter because even if you bust a nut you can still go for as long as you want vs. losing your erection. But I love the feeling of intercourse before ejaculation, if I could keep that feeling longer it would be awesome, I would almost forgo the orgasm for the feeling of sex before I come.
So in short does it deaden the nerves enough to help with PE

If you can achieve satisfactory natural erections and the peyronies is not severe enough to prevent you or your partner from enjoying sex and your only real issue is the premature ejaculation, then you should try Dapoxetine:

I can only get an erection by taking a pill but I can not maintain an erection long enough for sex, the peyronies and my second back surgery have left me with no option but nuclear, I just can enjoy sex with my wife or another woman as I I can think about is can I even get it up and if I do I go limp with a minute. I want to concentrate on the woman I’m with and be able to have meaningful sex. So did your implant help you?

for some, implant leads to decreased nerve sensation, and thus longer time to orgasm. That did not happen for me, and after 4 months, my sensation and premature ejaculation were back to what i had before surgery.

good news, using a lidocaine spray, which you can buy in any drug store over the counter (for example "KY Duration spray for men") works amazingly well. I completely can control my premature ejaculation using the lidocaine spray. (I use one spray one hour before sex). Agree that the buildup to orgasm is awesome....so, best to maximize the time it takes to get there. The lidocaine spray is a great solution.

I am only 3 weeks out from implant and only sex once, but I found I went to the opposite extreme -- from PE to inorgasmic ! I will hope that I get to middle ground after awhile like I did with injections.

Thanks Tangerine, yeah I have tried a couple of them and it numbed it so much that I couldn’t get it up, but I guess if I was bionic it wouldn’t matter.
Yes like crazyjoe says, the perfect would be a middle ground. I’ve had enough surgeries to know it will take more than three weeks to get feeling back and sometimes you don’t get it back, with my back surgeries I have lost some feelings in my foot and leg and it think some of my ED was caused by all my spinal damage and surgeries but I don’t think they were as worried about my nerve endings as the implant doctor would be.

Hi, I have the same problem. PE, ERECTILE DISFUCTION for PE I took 60mg and 30mg dopextin and it doesn't work. I also used all kinds of sprays. The question is whether the malleable implant will help me during the sexual intercourse. If you have an implant and you CUM quickly the first time of second time the penis is just as hard to soften a little
