I have read many posts here where people say that one should have the same glans engorgement post-implant as he did before. However, what I'm uncertain about is that whether this counts with ED or not. People with ED often have problems with glans engorgement - if implant fix ED, does it mean that it also fix soft glans?
I have problems maintaining my erection, but when erect, glans is almost totally hard and big. Any chance to expect this also after getting my implant at some point?

Yes it should be about the same. Some guys like me who have problems with no glans engorgement from prostate surgery etc. before implant still will not be engorged.

To answer your question,no,an implant does not fix a lack of glans engorgement.

Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

If it doesn't engorge, you might try Trimix gel -- I have had good success with it.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I couldn’t maintain an erection before the implant and really didn’t understand glans engorgement. I must’ve had engorgement before the surgery because I get a huge fat head after
42 ED for 9 years vl after a fall. Pre implant 8 1/4 bp x 6 1/8 ish

In my case,I get no glans engorgement or shaft engorgement and my implant goes to mid glans as it should.That’s why I use my VED to accomplish that and it works!

My result with the VED after pumping up my implant.Use it all the time with no problems!Probably 25% bigger in length and girth using the VED!
