Weighing in.....

My flaccid pre-op was about 5"
Post is about 6.5" and fully erect about 7.25"

I think the most noticeable for me is the GIRTH - being able to see what a fully erect penis feels like after all this time - versus a semi erect tool that may or may not be capable of penetration.

At the end of the day - the implant will not exceed what the Good Lord put in your trousers - but I tell guys - GIRTH is what is most noticeable for me.
