Hi...I want if it is possible to run, jog, climb mountains or play football with implant?

One more question, can we be in prone position with the implant? Both inflated and deflated?

You should be able to do anything you want after healing. Possible it might hurt or make you sore though.
As far as the prone position on an inflated implanted penis, that will probably hurt. I can tuck my deflated penis between my legs to sleep on my stomach, for a while anyway.

There should be no reason why you can’t do any of those activities!
