My Implant doesn't go into my Glands, in-fact, I would say the tips are as much as 1cm - 1.25cm away from the glands.
I am able to still get good glands engorgement, and even blood into the shaft so am i right in thinking being undersized shouldn't present any major problems?
I have an 18cm Titan, i was 8' pre Peyronies and 5.5' pre op. After 3.5 weeks post op i would estimate i am around 5.5' but this is only around 50% pumped. If i can get to 6' i will be happy.
Of course, if i lose any Erectile Function i understand being undersized is going to be more of an issue.

When was your surgery? How long has it been since your doctor started you cycling?

Feb 14th. Was cleared to cycle a week ago but have only very tentatively cycled as I am having issues with the release valve.
I will attempt proper in a weeks time but I am fully healed

Re: undersized implant
If you're happy with the results and can successfully have sex with it then no worries. However if you have "floppy glans" because the tips are too far back, unfortunately it would probably require another implant be installed to fix it. A user on here named ViaSwiss had this same problem and he ended up getting a second implant surgery (from a different doctor) just a few months after the original was put in, because he had exactly this issue. The second doctor out in a much larger implant and his problem was fixed.

Re: undersized implant
I don’t have floppy glands at the moment and in fact I still get very good engorgement even when not pumped up: I got the implant due to my Peyronies and 80 degree curve but my EQ was decent. Of course this may change over the next few years and I am also aware I may have to tale PDE5’s.

With cycling you may get the tips up into the glans. The valve can be sticky after siting for so long but use will help it break in. The thing is that a full replacement will have to wait for a while. Up to 6 months. Some doctors used to sew the glans down on the cylinder tips. Anyway you are early in this and have time for it to correct. Cycling is the key and your job now. So do the best you can. Do not worry about the device as the are really tough. Very difficult for you to break it. The longer you wait the more difficult and longer it will take to get the tips back up. Mine pulled out of the glans and when I was activated at 3 weeks my doctor said it was important that I inflate to max to get the tips back up in the glans.
When do you see your doctor again?

Re: undersized implant
Don't make any judgments about your tips coming up short of your glans until you're able to pump to 100% hardness. My tips stop at the end of my shaft when I'm deflated, but fully pumped they're easily 50% of the way into my glans.

Re: undersized implant
Thanks everyone
I must be honest I have only gone to 70% and both times I have gone beyond 50% I have not been able to deflate and have had to go to the hospital to be deflated !
I was told on both occasions to leave it a week or two to let myself fully heal before I cycle and hopefully by then any swelling will have fully gone and the release valve may be easier to locate. It appears docs in the UK don’t reccomend cycling until 6 weeks…
My surgeon is located 8 hours away so I won’t be seeing him often and instead will either ego to my local hospital, see a colleague of his who is more local or zoom my surgeon: anything major I will go see him personally.
Size is not the be all and end all for me. I have gone from 8’ to 5’ due to Peyronies and although I have not measured I am pretty sure I am a little over 5’ without cycling and not fully pumped. I just want it to work more than anything else.
