Is anyone able to get hard enough for intercourse without pumping?

I am three weeks out and after watching some porn last night I was easily hard enough for sex, this really surprised me. Clearly adding a few pumps would be even better but was just interested know who has/had good blood flow still?

Can I expect this to change over time?
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

Actually since I don't know how your surgeon left you, could you be partially inflated?
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I had good erectile function but Peyronies ruined my penis with a 80 degree curve. An IPP was my only option really given the severity of the curve.

I am now pretty much straight as well.

I was left 50% inflated for two weeks but am now fully deflated

I guess I got lucky and have best of both worlds?!
