Don’t have a gauge on mine,I just don’t pump till it hurts,just enough to gradually pull blood in and fully engorge glans and shaft.Here’s my result after using the VED.

I was considering using my VED gear after I'm fully healed but, after reading this thread, I think not.

My ED was not prolonged before the implant so there has not been any atrophy/reduction in length and, from what I've read here & elsewhere, you can achieve prior and greater length just by cycling.

I'm more worried about damaging the implant using the VED post-op and, since it doesn't seem necessary, I'm going to forget about that.

I've got a lot of money invested in my VED gear and I'd hate to just "throw it out." So, if anyone is looking for any VED gear, please send me a PM to get a list of what I've got.

Dittos for me.
I used VED before surgery and think it was helpful preserving/restoring size. But there were occasional times a flap of scrotal skin or a testicle got sucked into the chamber - ouch!

I feel lucky Dr. Eid buried all my tubes well below the surface and they are barely palatable. But I know they are in there. My worry is the VET could pull a tube to the surface creating a much bigger problem than gaining an extra 1/4” is worth to me. Dr. Eid doesn’t recommend it. I trusted him for the surgery so I feel I should also follow his aftercare instructions.

That said, some doctors endorse VED use post surgery. Some guys claim great successes with it. Can’t knock it if you haven’t tried it as the saying goes. But to me, it just seems the risk out weighs any potential reward so I’ll pass on this one.
