Lengthening exercise that works for me!

I know this exercise has been posted before but it has already helped me so much that I just had to highlight it again. It is Aggressive with a capital A. It’s one thing to bend your cock up/down/sideways but quite another to be bending it horizontally from a clasped base — yoweeee!!!
But in just 2 sessions I have already gained back some length and straightening.
So I would venture to say that anyone unhappy with their post op length/girth doesn’t deserve to complain until they have given this exercise an extended trial,
My personal takeaway is that to be “cock fit” takes hard and often unpleasant exercise just like being cardio fit.
I would be very interested in other’s views.

Here's my question though...does anyone have any idea or experience whether or not it would do me any good me to start THE Exercise a year out from surgery? Willing to give it a try. Thanks Joe.

How long before you should start the bending exercises . I’m 3 days in and it feels too sore to mess with

Steve -- I think I recall reading of someone in FT who had done some good with it that late, but not sure, sorry.

Pau -- I would consult your doc, I am not qualified to give that opinion.

With my doc, I was OK'd for cycling after 3 days and am now 2+ weeks out and this exercise is no problem. However, my healing was unusually fast.

Thanks so much for posting this. Will do, often. There really need to be more posts encouraging which exercises are effective, especially aggressive ones, and in what ways people are successfully regaining/gaining size.

Research I've read reports that men are experiencing significant size increases with dedicated exercises between 12 to 18 months post-surgery:

Methods: Twenty patients underwent implantation of a 3-piece inflatable penile prosthesis, utilizing LGX cylinders. Penile length, as measured from pubic bone to tip of the glans penis with the prosthesis maximally inflated, was assessed at 2 weeks post-surgery as a baseline, and then at 6, 12, and 18 months post-surgery. Patients were instructed to begin daily inflation of the prosthesis for 1 hr starting at 2 wks postsurgery and continuing until 3 mths after surgery. At that point, the regimen was modified to 15 minutes per day a minimum of 4 days per week.

Results: Median follow-up was 11 mths (6–18 mths); all length changes are reported as median values (range). At 6 mths post-IPP, length gain from baseline was 9 mm (5–20 mm). At 12 and 18 mths respectively, increases of 20 mm (5–35 mm), and 30 mm (10–45 mm) were noted. Interval changes between 6 and 12 mths were 11.5 mm (0–25 mm) and a further 9 mm (0–25 mm) from 12–18 mths. There were no instances of length loss noted from baseline values in this series.

Conclusion: A dedicated post-operative inflation protocol promotes increased measured erectile length in men implanted with controlled length expansion (LGX) cylinders.

So do it. If your surgery was over 18 months ago, you should still do it.

Thanks Joe! While I am not unhappy, I am all in for additional length/girth so I will give this a shot over the next month. Good find.

Joe...watched many MTP vids pre-op and even more post-op although I hadn't seen this one. While I don't 'need' more length and girth, I've already begun the regimen. TKS for sharing.

None of us need it to be bigger. But all of us want it to be. And that's entirely a reasonable expectation for all men and it doesn't ever need to be questioned.

Hate to sound real stupid but how can you bend the penis when fully inflated??

Honestly I think you can find out by just trying to bend yours. Before this post I had no idea these things bend like this, but they do. If you think about it I suppose it makes sense. What we've got are these cylinders inside our penises:

That's something you can bend and it won't break, inflated or not. Stick it inside a penis, same applies. If you had a natural erection you surely can't really bend anything, but with implants you can.

Earlier I would hold mine straight pretty often to straighten out my downward curvature, but I never bent it too much worried I'd break it. Nope. Do what he does in the video. These things can bend.
