That is a first. I have never heard of anyone having NO feeling whatsoever. Are you sure it's not a spinal injury or some other neurological issue. I would speak with a doctor before making any decisions. However, I would think an implant would benefit your partner even if your sensations are limited.

True from an emotional perspective, not always from a physical perspective. I was 100% impotent when received my first implant and it made the stretching pain when nearly unbearable. It also took me about 13 weeks until I was comfortable enough physically to use it. I believe I was an extreme case and my replacement went 1000% smoother as far as recovery & activation went
Diagnosed with ED at age of 19, Implanted with Coloplast Titan at age 20. Now 34 (2023)

Since your first experience, do you think the revisions that followed were "smoother" because your body had adapted to what had been done? I was just curious how the body might recognize the trauma and adapt to similar trauma later. I know a person that had two complete knee replacements. Same hospital, and same doctor. First knee didn't go so well. Second knee seemed to be easier or went smoother.

Yes. I suffered this before going bionic. Couldn't be happier with the stress free reliability of "on-demand" boner now! Happy to chat. PM for # and I can share with you more.

Yes due to venous leak and lower back surgery X4, I also had a lot of permanent shrinkage. After my first implant my wife could feel the girth and length difference and that satisfied me, I’m 10 days post revision and this surgeon got it right, I’ve gotten longer and thicker. Can cycle if I wanted to, no swelling at all no pain at all, can’t wait to use this new refreshed toy that’s the right way.

Cancer treatment totally killed any erection possibilities, so I had nothing to lose. So glad I did it. I’m also glad I didn’t wait very long after trying and failing with the other ED treatments. After the ultrasound showed really bad venous leak my doctor said that wasn’t something that was going to get better. I went from having no. ED pre-treatment to complete ED in the space of a month. My doctor told me to start using VED. I think this is why I lost no length at all.
58, implanted with 22 cm Titan (no RTE's) on April 1, 2022. Complete ED started after High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for prostate cancer. Tried everything else first but nothing worked. Wonderfully supportive wife!

My implant didn’t fail, it worked but was not installed properly so my penis was like an inverted C. It’s now straight as an arrow after the new one is installed
