Re: Promedon?
Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but I don't see anything on their site other than some pelvic floor stuff that seems to address ED.

Re: Promedon?
perhaps you are referring to the penuma implant ??
it is FDA approved and some surgeons use it, but,
It is good to make you look big in the loccker room with a girthy flacid.
it is no good for erectile dysfunction.
overall, i think it is probably not needed unless you have very major trouble with girth and need more girth, but I think it is not good for sex in my opinion -- if you want super sex, get an inflatable penile implant (in my opinion)
But, it is indeed a legit device, and you can read about it at the penuma web page:

(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

Re: Promedon?
Pump the brakes on punuma !
A Google search reveals Promedon is an Argentina based company. It appears most of their product offering is for urinary incontinence. However they do offer one semi-rigid Malleable penile prosthesis.

I’ve not researched malleable implants so I have nothing else to add.
