Partial erections after an implant

I did a search to see if this had been discussed before and didn't find anything so here goes.
I've been implanted for 16 months now and for the past few months I've noticed my dick gets simi erect during the night or stary simi erect after an orgasm. Also have head engorgement when sexually aroused. If I'm not sexually aroused and pump it up then there is no engorgement. This only happens when aroused or sleeping.
any other guys experiencing this? Like I said this only started happening after the one year mark. Loving the feeling.

The glands are not effected with an implant. If you had glands engorgement pre implant you should still have engorgement afterwards. If you have only just started having glands engorgement after over a year I’m not too sure why.

I am also of the opinion that the amount one can get engorged within the shaft is dependent on what your EQ was like pre implant.

On tv and I get tingles. I am 50% pumped currently but am hoping I can get some form

After about one year I would wake up occasionally feeling like I had morning wood. Still do sometimes, more so when I get horny. My implant seemed to grow after deflating and my guess is the pump allowed leakage back to the cylinders. Someone suggested try to pump once or twice after deflating to lock the pump. Been doing that and it seems to help.
After sex I find that I can't fully deflate. As much as I hold the button and squeeze my penis remains about 20-30% inflated. After a warm shower I can deflate to a flaccid state that is close to my pre-implant days.

So what you’re saying is that your erect penis now, if not aroused, feels very artificial?

Thanks for the replies. This is not fluid leaking back in when it goes away it's totally flaccid. If it was leaking back in that wouldn't happen. At night when I feel it my dick feels really full like a simi

I have this happen to mason. Feels great. Eating healthily, working out, and reducing stress seem to have a positive effect on this.

My Dr said he has had patients regain partial erections after the implant in guys like me that had nerve damage from a prostatectomy as the nerves come back years later. Still waiting for mine to grow back, but I doubt it.

So what you’re saying is that your erect penis now, if not aroused, feels very artificial?

I mean after coming, but (Artificial) may not be the right word to describe it. The look of the erection is normal, but I feel the soft glans after losing the engorgement.
