Scrotum Giganticus
As I contemplate an implant as an owner of an already ridiculous sized scrotum and testicles should I be concerned about the pump adding additional mass? Also has anyone had a scrotal reduction done at the same time as an implant?
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

I also have a little larger than average scrotum and I think if you do, it might just help you hide the pump better, not really add much mass.
Age 54, venous leak and some scarring, tried daily/occasional Cialis for awhile then a few months various doses of tri/quad mix. Either helped and would produce 50-60%.erections, but never really full. Implanted 1/20/22 26cm” Titan- Dr. Hakky

I have a very large scrotum. I also had scrotal webbing. That is on the underside of my penis the scrotal skin went to the base of my Glans. I did have that webbing removed at the time of implant and it did make for a very long incision. I am happy with the results. I have no problems with my pump and have plenty of room for it.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.
