I think most of us had some trouble in the beginning. There is certainly a learning curve, and break-in period. What trouble are you having? More detailed info from you, might get better responses and information.

Mine was hard as a marble at first - virtually impossible to compress. It became more pliable pretty quickly, but never got really soft. After 12 years (with only a very few inflations) it quit working - the bulb compresses normally, but doesn't move any fluid. Since I had never used it, I did not consider getting it repaired or replaced.

It seems like after I pump it up holding the bulb left to right where the bulb gets hard, there’s a lot more pumps left holding the bulb front to back

^ This. The beginning was a bear. But after cycling consistently for say, 2 - 3 months, the bulb finally gave way and today, at the approx. 8 month mark, it is no problem. Deflating is occasionally uncomfortable with internal veins or whatnot getting in the way but I can usually find a 'clean' space between thumb and bulb to deflate. The bulb will also occasionally get locked when initiating inflation after a few days left dormant but that's a simple press of the deflate button and I am back in business.

With more info we can try to weigh in. What's posing an issue for you? If you are not 2 months out after activation, just relax and continue to work my friend, you will get there.

Sorry - I can't picture what you are describing here... I know with every squeeze I am moving saline - so while I try to squeeze the bulb front to back (with deflate button being front) - if I squeeze it 'crisscross' on the bulb I am still moving fluid so I don't concern myself. I will keep a watch on your post here and see if I can catch up with what you are laying down.

Hi !

I'm just over 3 months post-op.
I have an AMS 700 LGX.

I sometimes have a bulb problem that remains flat in the first pressures. This only happens if I have previously deflated by pressing the button until I feel the little "clic" in the deflated position. In this case I have to press the button again and start inflating again, with the "pop" at the beginning.

On the other hand, if I deflate by pressing lightly on the button, without going as far as a the "clic", I can reinflate without this problem of the bulb remaining flat. But there will be no "pop" on the 1st press.

I'm thinking of a valve problem which is still a bit hard to switch from deflation to inflation mode.

Hi guys ,I got my Implant some day ago ,so the mine is not a problem but I need to ask something my dick is still stand of course cause I got my implant 4 days ago
I would ask you there is anyone that notice the same thing?when I get cold as you know of course the balls start to go up so i notice that the pump start to move to back direction so it is a bit difficult bring the pump in the right place,
Is this normal ? Different is when the temperature is worm, the balls come down together with the pump and is really easy take the pump in that time ,but when my balls get cold than is really difficult for me ,I was thinking maybe I still have some liquid in to the scrotum which make the situation more difficult ? Because the left side of the scrotum still a bit swell...
Awaiting your
Thanks all of you

It's too soon for having en exact answer for your case.
The heat can help you for moving slightly your pump in your scrotum if its necessary.
I have the same for me. But the main thing is to reach easily the different parts. Bulb, button and valve. If its the case, fine.

Agree with the previous poster - 4 days is not long enough to make any assumptions about what might be normal for you. However, being nearly 8 months out from my implant, I have had the cold balls/constricted sack experience where the pump wants to duck away along with the boys, lol. It's only ever been an issue for me when it's time to deflate; I've had to root around my scrote to find a good spot to get at the button without compressing some 'innards' between the button and my thumb.

I've always managed and know a hot shower/tub is there if I need it. My attitude to this whole process has been one of acceptance. Of course there's going to be issues and things to get used to. Big deal. I can now get hard and stay hard for as long as I want. Knowing what I know now, I would do it all again if I just had typical old man ED and not cancer. Without cancer, I would never have considered an implant, thank you bastard cancer, lol.

Enjoy that new penis Luigi and jump into a hot shower if you need to wrangle the boys back into place.
