Are they permanent fillers like bellafill or do they dissolve over time?

Buyer beware! Avoid silicone injections at all cost.

I was injected with a silicone microdroplet/hyaluronic acid product in 2019 by a doctor in the Miami area hoping to corrected my hourglass issues post Peyronie's surgery. It was an expensive procedure and I followed the post procedure instructions to the letter. Nevertheless, most of the silicone migrated and formed a large mass/hard lump on the underside of my penis close to the glans affecting my urine flow. Thankfully, my implant surgeon was willing to remove the mass/lump as part of my implant surgery. I still have a few smaller lumps of silicone here and there but the bulk of it is gone.

In my opinion, the only fillers I would ever consider are hyaluronic acid fillers in the hands of an experienced injector. Avoid any cosmetic filler that contains silicone.

So silicone fillers are not recommended its seems only fat transfer? At least that's what im seeing posted on the forum and the link you added. They are saying the silicone only last 1 year and the fat transfer would last longer because it won't dissolve as quick

FML I know you noted injections started to fail whenever you decided to go with IPP. How long do you think the silicone will last based on your experience.
