Hi Rivsat,

I recently had a Titan Coloplast 3 pc implant by Dr. Eid. I really did not voice a preference, he injected me to induce an erection so he could pre-surgery measure me and stated that i would need a coloplast. He explained it was due to my length. I believe Coloplast makes a longer model without the need for extenders at my length. My new Dick works great!!

Dr Eids website shows pictures of various patients outcomes, in one, he showed a scar on the abdomen and stated this was where post prostate patients reservoir are placed. He indeed placed mine to the left side of my ab at about the height of my belly button. However he placed it from my groin up into place below the skin so i have no scare. I am slim so its it somewhat noticeable and i am able to feel it, but hell, I have a beautiful erection when ever i want.

I chose to get an implant after prostatectomy. I chose the Titan because it will actually give you more girth than any other implant. My surgeon also recommended it. I am almost 2 months in (February 14). I went through a lot of pain, but I am slowly appreciating my decision. Resevoir is locate in uppern right flank near the groin area.

9 months after rarp, 700lgx. Often wonder if the titan would give me more girth. Nerves removed so glans was cold, white and shrunken the first 3 years. Nerves coming back now. Also use tai-mix Gel on special occasions. Works great and reservoir right side groin area.

I had my implant 3 years after prostatectomy. The reservoir was placed left side lower abdomen and inserted upward from the implant incision in my scrotum. They are apparently not so easy to remove when replacement time comes and mine came out after a struggle during my recent revision. The new reservoir way placed in the same location.
I am 10 weeks post surgery, pain free and its working perfectly.

I had prostrate cancer and had it removed. Specialists tried different things on me before they recommended the three piece implant. Tried viagra, did not work, worked with injection of caverject but man I personally did not like the needle at all. So then they showed me the cylinders and reservoir plus the pump. I said yes lets do it, I was 58 years old and very active in sex. Lasted 15 years then the pump failed, so I had revisions with LGX which I really like. Gave me more girth 5.7 inches and gave me back my full eight inches that I originally had before implants. Even now at my age I still love sex and the implant works great.

Hello scoop317
I did not have any incontinence problems after 3 months following the RP so don't have direct experience. I can't see physically why an implant would make any positive or negative difference. However I have noticed sometimes that after a long fully pumped up workout for my implant my pelvic floor control of my continence requires some effort. Normally I never think about it. Maybe the pelvic floor muscles get stretched a bit at high implant pressure?
