Any athletes find it hard to build lower abs post surgery

Postby Pamen116 » Wed Feb 09, 2022 3:07 pm

Or am I just being lazy? I’ve found it hard to recover lower abs and core strength since surgery and I’m 2 years out
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

I'm pretty athletic, do weights and abs all the time, haven't had an issue.

It is amazing that you ask that question  . I've never had issues with a round belly until now. I am having issues with all of my dress suits. My mid section has increase in just one month of not working out. What are you doing to overcome it?

Anyone had any luck rebuilding your lower abs after implant? If so, what did you do? If not, what are you trying to ?do to get that belly flatter?
