I’m still considering an implant but have a couple of questions.

1. With a pumped implant does the penis get longer or does it remain at the flaccid length?

2. When pumped, does it get thicker?

3. When pumped, does the tip get “stiffer”?

I use trimix gel the get the tip (glans) stiffer and blood filled.

Mine gets longer and a lot thicker . The tip isn't effected by pumping. That's a different part of my erections

Idk if it’s Bc my dr prescribed daily cialis but during sex the head gets very engorged much bigger than b4.

My LGX grows and shrinks a full inch in L when pumped used.. and deflated it also get much fatter, my dick has never been this chubby during erection (currently 5.5 and working on more) the head becomes aroused and fuller too. cheers mate

!. Yes, mine gets longer by about an inch to inch and a half depending on how many pumps used.
2. Again yes. My girth increases some. Never really measured that though.
3. Not all the time, but just before orgasm I feel it swell some.
