Vibration or Buzzing

I know this sounds weird but yesterday after having sex the night before, I felt a buzzing or vibrating sensation towards the head. Anybody ever get this?

As a matter of fact I did. Must be the nerves healing up because I don't get that buzzy feeling any more just a buzz when I deflate
