Penile shortening after RP

Hi All,
I would like to hear from everybody especially, those who had RP surgery, what were his proximal and distal measurements? I know many guys after RP are loosing penile lenght, some also are loosing girth. Since this is a forum about penile implants, I think it would be not to hard to make correlation between RP and penile length loss in the aftermath.
On my both implants, I had more proximal then distal lenght. On my first implant it was 12 cm proximal and 7 cm distal and I was quite undersized. On my second implant, I had 11cm proximal and 10 cm distal. Just recently, watched YouTube video from one very prominent implant surgeon where he had a case that was 13.5 cm proximal and 8.5 cm distal.
I would like to here from others who had greater proximal then distal measurements, and what could be potential reasons like TURP, or any other cause like injuries, PD etc.
Let’s try to do our own research and confirm hypothesis that RP definitely shortens penis and that is not anecdotal.
Please participate. We might even be able to write an article and present it on prostate Ca conference.

I do not understand why, with all the info out on loss of size with ED, Doctors do not recommend VED therapy to all men who are having ED no matter what the cause.

During the rp your prostate is removed along with that section of the urethra. Re attaching the urethra definitely shortens your flaccid penis. But it will stretch out in time. After rp my distal length was about 5 cm and proximal 7cm. My surgeon removed all my nerves so sent me directly to Penile physical therapy. PT worked with me on Kagels and ordered me a VAC . Then had doc order tri mix. I was doing VAC 1hr daily and trimix erections every 5 days. Prior to rp I was 15cm distal and 7cm proxial. I am the same now. Nerves that expand glans are also gone. 4 years after rp glans is finally turning red with blood flow. Prior to that white and cold. Nerves are healing. Never measured girth before RP. Only 9 months between rp and ipp. Right after rp I had to pull out the turtle to pee. If for no other reason the 5.5 inch flaccid is easier to pee with.

I had RP dec 2020, I also lost about 2in, will be getting titan implant in 2 weeks.
