You won't experience anything during the surgery, so don't worry about that.

There will be pain after, it will be sore but manageable with drugs, do not be shy to ask for drugs.
For the next 2 weeks things will be sore, it will be hard to walk, you will be in bed. Make sure to get up regularly throughout the day, to keep things working.
Week 3 will be much better but still uncomfortable, just know that it will go in time.

For me week 4 was much better, and I was 100% pain free by week 5.

Length and circumference is case specific, but the AMS 700 increases with both in time.

The erection is harder than normal, much harder. Which is no bad thing, you can control the degree of inflation and thus hardness.

Reach out to the patient coordinator at Boston Scientefic she will set you up with some patient champions that will help you through the process. Men that have had the implant and they will talk to you personally over the phone.
Frank Talk is still a great forum for help because all of us are different and are different ages.
Here is her email. coordinator.elleen@bsci.com

Make sure you get some ice packs for your balls and manhood down there, it helped me a lot. I used them constantly during the day and at night. Gel packs are the best with some type of cover to prevent frost bite.

Follow the doctors orders about lifting weight and bending over. There were a couple times that I over did it and paid the next day or two until the pain got better.
I would take Motrin and Tylenol together at least three times daily to help the pain. I would also take 1 Percocet to help with the pain at night to help with sleep.

It gets better every day after surgery, it just takes patience.

Keep reaching out to Frank Talk, we are here to help because we are going through the same thing.
There isn’t a stupid question, so ask away.

Good Luck

Luigi, which implant did you get? Was it AMS LGX?

Go ahead and register on Frank Talk and add a signature to your profile so we know a little about you. Implant you got, centimeter length, centimeter for any rear tip extenders they put in and what doctor did the implant.

Glad you’re doing well

Heal up soon so you can start using it!
