I recently went to see a specialist as a second opinion on my implant and reservoir placement. The specialist pumped it till the errection was painful. Now that I can pump it better how often should I pump it full and how long does it take for the painful errection to subside.

He said it was okay also but I will get a 3rd opinion on Thursday. It also takes alot of pumps to get the desired effect.

I pumped to max every day for a year. I still have pain when pumped to max 35-38 pumps after 3.5 years. Go about 30 for comfortable sex.

I don't know much about your problems, but I did look up a post that had your surgery date. If you could put that info in your signature it would make it easier and get you more replies. At 4 months you should be mostly healed. Doctors are the ones that are supposed to give you instructions for cycling. They have a lot more information on your surgery and recovery. After I was fully healed, I would pump to max or where I could feel stretching. If it became painful, I would deflate and stop. If the stretching feeling went away, I would add a pump or more until it returned. 30 minutes twice a day would be a good goal to try to reach. I had gains out past a year. But as I said you should check with your doctor.

my length was back in 6 months. At max pump I am 1/2 longer but it is very painful.
