New guy and question

Postby Lil Willy » Thu Jan 20, 2022 3:31 pm

[

Hello to all, from fly over country, middle of everywhere Ks. USA.
I have been lurking in the shadows for quite a while and need to say Thank You for the wealth of information that has been posted on this forum.

Little bit of history. Jan 2019. Radical Prostatectomy, PSA of 12 , no other symptoms, cancer confined to prostate, pathology confirmed all clean cut edges. All follow up PSA, and testosterone numbers have been good.
Have always had a good sex drive. Following removal of prostate attitude about things pretty much sucked.
Started using VED and constriction rings 2020 . VED worked, however the rings took all the pleasure out of the event, and
Big Willy returned to Lil Willy quickly. Went thru 2020 & most of 2021 useing VED .

Found this forum and started researching implants. During a prostate checkup talked to Dr about implant.
Figured he was good enough to get me thru the cancer, he was good enough to add additional hardware.
Wife has been awesome thru all of this and had told me to find someone I could trust and have faith in. I was fortunate to be with the correct Dr. and and an awesome partner.

Dec 30 2021 AMS 700 CX implant 22cm + 2 cm rear tip extender. Will admit first week was bad. Not so bad I questioned the decision. Now about 4 weeks post surgery I believe it was a good decision. Going back to Dr I think about the 17 th of Feb. Seems like a long time to wait. Sent home about 40% inflated, no other instructions, keep it clean, come back for further checkup .

OK question time. Lil Willy nice and firm at first and about 5 / 5.5 in long. Now I have noticed not as firm and penile shaft is actually bendable not soft but bendable. Is this normal or not. Possible leakage or just Willy stretching and getting used to the cylinders. Using VED the length was 7.25 in.

Yes the pump bulb is extremely stiff and hard, have not attempted to deflate yet. Dont want to destroy anything.
With all this long posting what is the general consensus from you experienced Bionic Brothers?

Thank you for this forum and all the shared information.

Swelling will add to size and stiffness for a while and as you heal, and the swelling goes away things soften a bit. If you were just using VED for sex and not the post robotic surgery therapy outlined in the paper in the general section of this board in the documents worth reading thread, most will not achieve VED size with an implant. But it will work every time for as long and as often as you want it to.

I am in the middle of nowhere and none of my local doctors will do repairs or replacement. The doctor that did my repair seems to be decent though. I do wish the repair had been done elsewhere and differently though. If you'd like to talk let me know and send me a private message and I will get you my phone number.

Welcome to the site and good luck going forward with this.

Thanks to both of you. Looking forward to the new adventure. Absolutely no regrets. The pump bulb is irritating the bottom of the scrotum, little soreness there, and slightly tender testicles. Pump bulb extremely stiff no movement at all.
Will wait on the Doc.

Tried using the VED after prostatectomy for sex with wife, however little success most times. Kept using it till a week or so before implant, hoping for any chance of not losing any more than what I already had. Was happy with the length, and girth from the VED. Before surgery Dr had mentioned the Lgx, after surgery I found he had used ths CX. Got to trust him.
Will ask why when I go for next visit. So you guys are the Bionic gurus ,does the CX expand any at all in length, or just girth. Read some that claimed it works one way only.

Thanks again guys, will post more when we see doc later.

The CX will expand a bit in length like the Titan will. But the LGX is capable of expanding the most. The CX is a bit stiffer than the LGX. And for that reason, the LGX is only made in sizes up to 21CM. And even the 21cm LGX is avoided by some of the big-name doctors. It is the weight of the fluid that effects erection angle and why the larger sizes are made in the CX and Titan. The CX and Titan are also used for men who have curvatures that need to be straightened.

Newbie & Old beek
Thank you for the information, patience is not one of my better attributes, but not much else can be done right now.
Reading from this forum. sounds like the two different models function basically similar to one another, but have minor differences. Will have to keep reading, and researching.

Any of you Bionic Brothers with the AMS 700 CX , any results and or information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to all & Have a Fabulous Friday, & a Wonderful weekend.

Hi Willy! I have had my CX 11 months now and love it. Because of severe Peyronie's with a huge plaque mass (several docs said it was the largest they had ever seen) which had narrowed one of the Corpora Cavernosa and also caused hinging and a 60-degree bend going into surgery, The CX was the only thing the surgeon could stuff in my dick, and even then, he had to make three runs at one side. I came out of surgery the same size I went in and now I'm almost straight; dick gets hard as a steel pipe, and I have regained 3/4" what years of PD and ED took. I'm having more sex than at any time in my life! I couldn't be happier, unless I had a bigger dick  If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Glad to help if I can. Steve

I think many of us felt like what the heck did I let them do to me the first few days after the surgery. Everything you describe sounds normal, swelling is possibly way less so you feel the bulb in your sack more. It was tough getting my two to like their third brother, but now all is good. Doc left me 60% inflated for 5 1/2 weeks. As the swelling decreased it didn't feel as hard as the first week.
Hope you heal quickly to enjoy your new found friend.

Thank you to both of your replys. I realize for whatever reason us guys are concerned about length, and the Docs can only do so much, but from your experience, is it possible to regain length and girth by cycling.
Thanks again
