First, I would like to say I'm grateful I found this group, it's been very helpful as I begin the journey of life with an implant.
I am 2 weeks into my Titan implant, a result of prostatectomy surgery a few years back. I returned to my physician this week to learn about inflating and deflating the pump and the stretching/bending exercise. (Yikes, talk about pain). The physician stated that there was fluid around the pump which was normal, massaging the area will alleviate the problem. I've been massaging for 3 days and still have the issue. As a result, I can't feel the deflating button and am hesitant to start the inflating process until I know I can deflate. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how long did it take until you were able to cycle?

Re: Fluid around the pump.
The button is pretty hard to find when you are still swollen. Warm up your balls first with a heating pad for a while or in a hot shower for a while and you’ll be able to at least find the top of the pump where the button is. If you squeeze it hard enough it’ll deflate and you’ll never have felt the actual button. I’m at 4 weeks and I rarely actually feel the button unless I’m really warm.
