testicles hiding

I have 2 pumps. 1 for implant and 1 for artificial urinary valve. My testicals stay in hiding up inside my body. Any body with just 1 pump notice the same thing?
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck

I have only one pump, but my left testicle has been hiding atop it since my surgery. If I want to feel that testicle, I REALLY have to dig for it!

Thankfully, I am not depending on the normal below-body-temperature requirement for sperm production. Doubtful I will every get to bed a woman of child-bearing years anyway, nor would I want to father a child at this point im my life.

The disturbing part is that the pump clearly "prints" on the surface of my scrotum, especially if I am wearing form-fitting underwear. There is an obvious bulge on the left of my "package". But that is the type of underwear I like, for the support. "My boys need a house." (Sieinfeld Character, Cosmo Kramer)

I just sent you a PM. I am curious about your artificial urinary valve.

My pump is above my testicles so I don't have an issue with them hiding.
