Does the surrounding tissue attach to the implant?

Postby TwoStep » Wed Jan 12, 2022 2:53 am

Do you feel that the tissue around the implant can slide relative to the implant, or is it attached? I think I’ve heard of people who were undersized and said they could pull it longer than the implant, suggesting that the tissue is not attached to the implant. Or maybe it’s the elasticity of the spongy tissue that allows this even though it’s attached? What’s your experience?

Not attached, nor should it ever be. It feel and moves exactly the same as before implant.

For me the implant is not attached to the surrounding tissue. Nor do I think it could be as that surely would prevent inflation....

Upon inflation I can clearly feel the implant slide up along the inside of the shaft. I can also feel the implant press against the walls at full inflation, both length and girth wise.

This is not an unpleasant feeling. It's completely different to natural erections though.
