Titan and the gym

I am 3 weeks since surgery and I want so badly to get back to the gym and go light. My problem, I look like I have a constant hard on and I do. Doesn’t work even in many pants I have. I still have some pain so strapping it down in there isn’t really working.

I deflate it all the way down to nothing, until it looks wonky and weird. I’ve done the “reset” of one quick pump to reset the valve to inflate and not…….it fills back up every time. Dr Eid was even a little perplexed and said it MUST be my own blood doing it. Which is weird because I didn’t think that was possible really…..if I squeeze it enough I can feel the gurgling of deflated tubes, even a kink or two….when it’s like this, I can squeeze it back down slowly. when I inflate nothing happens right away I guess since the tubes are filling up the space. I thought it was autoinflation but it does take a while, I can’t imagine it’s actually auto inflating that much.

Pain in the ass, I don’t know how I’m ever going to get back to the gym. How do you guys do it?

I don't know anything about Titans and for my AMS I couldn't even touch the thing 3 weeks after surgery, but I was left at about 60% erect so I'm quite familiar with looking weirdly erect in gyms and other places, lol. Unfortunately I don't think there's really any advice, not worth the effort and the discomfort of trying to hide it, even if hiding it is possible. Jst keep going to the gym and you'll get confident enough with your body you happily show off some bulge.

I had to find underwear that would hold my penis in place and as close to body as possible. Still it is a large bulge. Have to wear it to the left or right, if straight up, my head is in the elastic band causing pain/discomfort. I too seem to self inflate a bit, so making me look a bit aroused all the time. My wife says just own it and don't worry about it, I have a big dick, be proud of it. Also, most peeps are not looking at your bulge anyway, it is mostly in your head. I think of it more because I feel it more in the way... just like when it would get hard when aroused before my prostate removal. You are very much aware of it, but others are not. You will get more comfortable with it as time goes on. Peace out.

Very much true about how you are aware of it but almost no one else is. Have you ever looked in another man's crotch and noticed his bulge? Pretty sure the answer is no. I hadn't either and never even knew bulge existed until later in my life. Lately been glancing out of curiosity at other dude's crotches at the gym and there's not a discernible difference between anyone. There's a reason it's called "men's junk" - every man just has junk down there, a big mess of balls and some bulge.

Yeah maybe you guys are right and just learn to own it. I think it’ll be a little easier when it doesn’t hurt as much. I did notice today at home on my rowing machine, I got my heart rate up and it mellowed out a bit. So must actually be my own blood doing it.

Still open to suggestions for particular brands or style of underwear for concealment.

Believe me after a while you really won't care that it may be sticking out. Sure many people may stare at it, but I doubt anybody would ever say anything, and if they did, take it as a compliment. I actually like the fact that I always look well endowed. Heck the other guys are probably jealous as hell that you have a dick that is a shower. They'll just feel more inadequate. LOL.

If you want concealment I believe this can be effective, although not the most comfortable. I got these after my vasectomy because I needed supportive underwear:
