Glad to hear about your great results!

It took until 4 four and a half months after surgery for sex to start to get good for me. I totally agree that having the implant is an immeasurable improvement in treatment over the pills and a cock ring I was using before surgery.

I'm very happy with my size, so I don't use a VED to try to get more. Without lubrication, penetration is definitely uncomfortable.

Amazing aslan!

Did you tell your ex-gf (now gf?) about the implant? If so, how did you tell her and how did she react?

My healing was slower than some. I'd say the 3 month mark was where I could have sex relatively comfortably while taking ibuprofin. I'm finally feeling pretty "normal", although the girl on top rigorously still feels a little dicey. It's all a process. Some guys heal faster, some slower. All I can say is, this was worth the f*CKING wait.

Loved your post. My surgery is coming up early next year, and I am hoping to be pain free at the four month mark. I know everyone is different, but when did you start to feel that you could have vigorous sex without much pain or discomfort? I know I am asking a lot, but can you briefly say how you felt after the first month, second month, and so on?

Thanks!

So with her, I felt I really had no choice but to tell her. She had experienced the severe ED, no sex basically for months before the breakup. Instead of having the balls to just tell her I was clearly experiencing issues unrelated to her, and I was seeking out whatever treatment possible, I was too embarassed or in denial. So I foolishly let the relationship fall apart. Pretty stupid on my part. But the ED had become such a theme and she was convinced it was her.

I told her and she wasn't deterred from seeing me. We had sex the second night together and for awhile and then again in the morning. I don't think we had ever had sex that long previously. I am supposed to see her again tomorrow. She does not seem bothered, although she does need reassurances that I actually am aroused by her. I told her, "i'm here, with you. I wouldn't be otherwise". I cannot tell you its all worked out, but these are promising signs. The girl clearly enjoyed herself more than we had ever previously. I was free and so, she was too.

With the other women before her, I didn't tell them and they didn't mention anything other than my cock remained very hard for a long time. I managed to pump up 30% before action started, then pumped more throughout foreplay. It can be done. I even pumped while one was blowing me. She just thought I was positioning my dick or wasn't bothered. I am so glad I live in this crazy time in world history and not in the crazy times of past centuries.

Time2chamge, why is it uncomfortable if you don't put loup, is it because the implant is too hard?, too big?
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

Great to hear about your success aslanglobal, I'm 30 years old and have just booked my surgery for March 31 this year with Dr. Hakky. Nervous, but also looking forward to it.

I have a titan. When did you guys start using the VED? I’m 5 weeks out and afraid to use one since I still have some aches and I’m afraid it’ll make it worse. But I’d like to help stretch it. My Dr doesn’t tell you to use one. He doesn’t say don’t do it either but it’s not something he tells you to do.

Do you experience any dog ears with your Titan?

No dog ears issues for me because years ago, I did something pretty stupid and had silicone injected into my dick in another country. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you want girth, there are better, legal options that a doc can do for you. But because of that silicone, I've never seen the implant through the skin.
