How big could I expect?

I’m considering an implant but have a question. Could expect to be as large, both length and girth, as I am when I pump? I’m using an Osbon Erectaid for pump if that matters.
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

I'd say you won't get what you get with the VED.
I know I didn't, but at least using it will keep you at or near your normal size.

Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
