New product to treat Venous Leak?

I wanted to share this of FT also to know your opinions on this.

26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

Could be a major breakthrough or another scam. I think the first, i hope the second.
1978, male Netherlands. ED due Propecia use. Currently using cialis.
Thinking about Penile Implant.

British, 33 yrs old. ED caused by Paraphimosis in 2019. 100mg Sildenafil for sex. Trialled Invicorp as advised by doctor in 2021, too strong. Taking some Sildenafil every night to stimulate nocturnal erections. Pills starting to lose effectiveness (2025).
