How will an implant interact with an injury to the "inner penis"?

My ed is caused by some sort of injury to the inner penis, around where the penis meets the pubic bone. This area can sometimes be mildly painful and gets mildly worse with sexual activity and physical activity if i am not careful. It's not too much of a problem now but I am worried about what happens if it gets significantly worse.

Does anyone know how an implant will affect that area? will it stretch out an injury/scarring and make it worse? will it possibly make it better? will i need a different surgery to repair that area?
