Does anyone here married / got a stable relationship or children after implanting?
I mean something more important than randomly dating with girls or women. I guess if you marry you're likely to spend few time here, so also reference to past posts are worth reading.

Most guys here are married and a little older. Recently lot of young guys on here with their dating concerns.

It sounds like you have concerns that an implant won't allow you to lead a normal life. Not specifically to your question. But this forum is literally full of men leading perfectly normal lives.
