I wonder if it's just me but I seem to be gassier since I had an implant. Added pressure from the reservoir? :oops:
53 years old, married 32 years. Decades of ED & PE. BPH. Tried Viagra W & W/O T-Shots, Levitra and Cialis, Edex, Trimix starter, medium, strong with poor results, VED. Implanted w/AMS700CX 21cm X 12mm w/1.5cm RTE by Dr. Leroy Jones 9/1/20

Opiate pain medications can alter your peristaltic function. But you should be recovered from that a week or less after going off the medications. So, that is not a likely cause unless you have changed your diet or exercise routines.

Metabolic changes as we age can alter our gut's actions. Sometimes the onset of metabolic changes can signal the need for an overall health evaluation. (for me, a signal I ignored through ignorance some 40 years ago should have alerted me to the onset of type 2 diabetes. I gained about 20-30 pounds in less than a year.)

You might want to consider a thorough exam from an endocrinolgist/internist/gastrointestinal specialist.
