So this is what worked:
I took oxi and pumped to 25 (full is 35). I fucked my wife for about a half hour which felt awesome. We did missionary and doggie style. I had trouble coming which i think was due to all the lube. She was in a lot of pain but I was in minimal pain. I had to use my hand to eventually come. Overall it was great and very relieving bc I was very nervous.

Just a friendly bit of advice. Top priority now should be to resolve her pain issue. If she starts to associate your dick with pain. You might be finishing by hand a lot for a long time into the future.

May I ask why your wife was in pain? We’re you inflated too much or had it been a long time without intercourse? Curious because of a similar problem.
