Is it ok to use cock rings with a penile implant or could it damage it?

Dr. Perito from "Meet the Penis" (google it) Is ok with but for particulars I would watch the video that is only a few minutes. It was one of the most recent videos....# 50something. You may find other videos that might enlighten you on other ED related issues.
I personally have tried some different one but have also used low dose sildenafil (generic Viagra) and tadalafil (generic Cialis). It is still a learning process at 13 mos. Post Op.

For me it is still a learning experience also. At 6 months post op.

I am currently using elastic bands as rings. They are more comfortable and work okay. Also cheap.

I'll chime in here on the cockring subject; the implant doesn't give you blood flow to your dick, it just makes you hard. Sex feels a LOT better with your dick full of blood, however of course the blood can flow out of your implanted dick just like our old ED dick. A cock ring helps keep all that blood trapped in and makes the dick feel full and hot, and hard because of the implant, so sex is much better.

Yes of course the cock ring is not strictly necessary. It just makes engorgement better.
