Hello friends, I am 40 and have venus leakage. Pills are not so reliable these days and so I fear to try. This is no good life. I feel like not a man.

At my age I fear to the replacements I will need and the cost. I think there is guarantee on the implant device? But doctor money will be a lot. We do not do private insurance.

But most important, I live now like in a shell. And I want full life with children.

What should I so?

An implant is about 20k and their lifetimes is about 10-15 years. During these years you defo have time to start saving the money for the next revision.
But if the wolrd economic system collapse... well...that cuold be a problem

To you and Thisworld. Most worries like this are very small. Yes, at this time they can seem huge. But you have time to plan for them. This means that you have time to save the needed money to pay for what you need.

Early Break of the implant is big concern but I think this is not common.

Get on track to getting in implant asap. As others have said you can get a great doc install your implant for $20k. I don't know your financial situation but there are surely medical loans you can get. I am 31 and had mine done 6 months ago. Like you, I lived in a shell and was afraid to try sex with women. Now I can have sex whenever I want and it is so liberating.

My ed was caused by jelqing, maybe 10 years ago. It got slowly worse and worse over time. Sex has been great. Women cannot tell I have an implant until I tell them, if I do decide to tell them. Otherwise they just don't know. Of course if they thoroughly examine your balls they can probably feel the pump, but I have not had any ask questions. Wish I had gotten the implant done way sooner.

Not really, I got my implant 6 months ago and it definitely feels like part of me. I had sex with a woman exactly 1 month after my surgery date and it was wonderful, though a little painful still.
