Good Day Gentlemen,

I am scheduled to go bionic on Tuesday. I have read many threads and feel that I am 100 times more prepared than a few weeks ago. However, I have a few concerns. I had my pre-surgery exam. Doctor initially mentioned the Titan 22 cm and has changed to a 20 cm-21 cm. My flaccid is horrible,(which is what he say when i had my cystoscopy but my pumped size is a very close 6.75 inches to 7.00 inches depending on the temperature of the room. If I am in the tub (Hydromax 7) I get good pumped size. If I am using a hand held I am stretched more... up to 7 inches but the pain can be a bit unbearable for a 10 minute session. What size (Titan) should I expect? (I want the 22 cm-because we all know the larger the better) ...but I would rather have an erection than a large limp lazy phallus ...any thoughts?

I am traveling to Atlanta, GA from Birmingham, AL and have a room just under a mile from my surgeon. Any suggestions on what to do while waiting for my Post exam ? (which is two days later)...I read Tangerine's experience and I am pretty much using it as a guide. Any other suggestions.

I will get a better measurement tonight and will report back...

You are what you are!The Urologist knows how to size you for the correct implant and make sure it’s a good fit.You will probably loose an inch like I did but I gained it back with cycling and using my VED post op.I didn’t start that Untill about month four.Good like and use a lot of ice those first two weeks.You will do great!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

The only measurements that will make any difference are the ones in surgery. Util the doctor opens you up and measures inside all the other stuff is just guess work.

I just sleep a lot the first few days. Or I was on my computer (I have Kindle ap) or watching tv. Just not much else I did other than icing, and wound care. I had food for meals and drinks already in my hotel room. I was in bed a lot of that time.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

Proximal Perforation Sling Repair 4/13/21 Dr. Broghammer

67 years young.

Will show and tell and talk with others.

I'm having a revision with Dr Hakky 12/28. He said I could remove the drain myself if I didnt want to stick around. Are you staying near his office or the hospital?

The wife and I will be staying near his office, just a few blocks away. I didn't want to stay around, but was encouraged to do so by her...Just in case complications appear...I have tad bit of anxiety. Not in a bad way though...Just a bit anxious. Although I have read everyone else's story...I am unsure how mine will differ... After two years-I am ready to regain a physical relationship...

Hanging around your medical provider is a valid strategy. Hopefully an unneeded one. Ok, so it costs a bit of money for the room, food & maybe some parking. Relax, enjoy some alone time with your wife. Hug & cuddle some. This might be the first steps in getting your intimate life back on track. Good luck, you got this handled. Remember to say hi to us once in a while

good luck. With Dr Hakey you are in good hands. You need a break as being 50 and already having an RP. Heal well.

So far so good...So i had my install today, Moderate pain but not unbearable. Dr. Hakky installed a 24 cm Titan 1 cm RTE. I am wrapped like a mummy with no feeling in my glans. Scrotum feels heavy. i also have a drain. I have taken 1 Gabapentin 300 mg for the pain. I am resting and icing. I am finally a member of the club.
