Infections isn't something on the table. I don't get infections. I got this implant in my 30s because I have addiction problems and head trauma. I'm not scared of anything at this point. I won't get hurt, or sick.

Actually that section of the video is a demonstration of a fix for men who have a kinked cylinder that will not inflate. If you have any other information on use for that exercise then I would like to see it. But I see little reason for anyone to do that unless they are having trouble inflating one or both cylinders,

21cm is the biggest LGX made. For a 24cm cylinder a CX or Titan would have been needed. There was another member some time back that I remember having a 21cm LGX and 5 or 6 cm RTE's. I guess the man in that case either wanted the softer flaccid of the LGX or wanted to have the LGX for length expansion. Maybe both. I cannot think of any other reasons for that. My local uro's told me it was my choice what device to use and had no recommendation. And I to decide ahead of time so billing could figure my payment prior to surgery. I guess that type of situation could be another reason.

This is where doctor selection and the doctors experience and how much testing if any is done before implant. There is a certain amount cosmetic's that can be done with this. But many insurance companies don't even pay for all the required care needed for this. My local uro's business office estimated between 4 and 7 K that I would need to pay up front to have it locally. And the only testing I have had by my uro's (local, first surgeon, second surgeon) was a UA. Now some places do a lot of testing first. I tried to get to well-known Atlanta, and NYC uro's for my repair. Both would have done a full replacement and gone with a Titan 22. Well maybe. From what I understand the Titan is Tunica dependent. So that is the reason for those doctors doing testing. The NYC doctor said Titan or CX and I would guess that my Tunica health would determine that. Both also said that the 21cm LGX has been known to have problems and they do not use them. Again, the cosmetic part of this. A local doctor that has little interest, knowledge, or experience in the cosmetic part of this and is just looking to give the man something that works and no input into device selection would make this more common. In my local uro's case the business office also counseled me that many of the men that received an implant through them ended up having the device removed. Part of that is my local uro's do not do revisions. Mostly I think because of insurance not wanting to pay for the first and more so for a second. I guess the very low payment from insurance is factor. And I can also see some doctors and facilities having a low interest in implants as not being real medicine but cosmetic.

When I meet my first implant surgeon, I advised him I wanted either a Titan or an LGX. And he said LGX almost before I finished. As he did no testing like the NYC, and Atlanta doctors I can see this would be a safe choice in case I had issues with my Tunica. Of course, that might not be as big an issue as the doctor may be able to have a general idea with an examination and not need testing. Don't know all of it. I go off BCBS in a few months and need to see if things change when I start Medicare.

if you were over eight inches and you got a 21+3 then you were undersized.
you also got 3cm of extenders that’s bad. sounds like your doctor is shit who did it?

the only way to regain size is to get a revision with a good doctor that can properly size you.
should have gotten a titan 26cm with at most 1cm extender.
