Can you use a sauna with an implant? Anything you can’t do physically?

I use the sauna and exercise like normal. It took a little longer to be comfortable riding a bike, but not too long. I was playing racquetball at about 4-5 weeks after surgery and doing light weight lifting.

There is nothing I have found that I can't do now and could do before the implant. I've had mine about 3 years. Feel free to drop me a PM if you want to discuss further.

You said “light weightlifting” - do you think heavy weightlifting would work as well?

How about I sum the exercise part....too heavy or (a lot of) straining. An example:
When chest pressing. you will strain yourself if too heavy, you are actually straining your whole body, esp. the groin area. Your reservoir is in your abdomen. you are actually pushing against it...bad idea!
Doing leg press/squat, same idea.
I am talking continuous straining.
Activity wise, I play Pickleball and Racquetball, so go for it! Good luck.

As for sex, you probably have to modify some positions.

That I cannot tell you because its different for any couple.
From doggy to missionary and anything in between. This all plays into the amount of pumping you have put yourself into.
Trial and error.

Is it a private or public sauna? Private wouldn't be a problem. A public sauna could be a problem. People may think you have a (semi-) erection.

In regard to your question, post-implant sensation for me is perfect. It takes just a little longer for me to climax, which in my case is probably a benefit, but it feels "right" all the way. Happy to answer questions about anything.

I think "heavy" exercise would be just fine for me. I feel no weakness anywhere related to the implant. Best wishes.

Could doggy style be an issue with implant?
