How long after surgery should any execises or really any effort should be put in at all?

I got mine a month ago. I'd never been told anything about losing penis size unless some exercises or vacuum devices should be used.

My question, are these things that should be used soon after surgery? Or in the future? So I'm one month out. I haven't touched anything, because I thought that helps it heal the best and fastest.

But is me doing this causing my penis to be smaller?

Did you not receive post-op instructions and timetable for your recovery, cycling and eventual clearance for sex? You should have gotten all this information from your surgeon.

I do not believe I have that information. Surgery early November. I see him last week, which was about 4 weeks after. I haven't touched or done anything down there over that time, because I was told not to. Saw him last week, and he said I should not masturbate or have sex, but I can experiement around with the pumps and the bulb, but I have not done any of that, because I thought that was the right choice.

I don't even know what cycling means.

Ok I've read enough to know I should be cclying now, messing with the pump and the bulb. Honestly I kinda suck at it and don't know how to do it.
