I'm an Italian 26 years old male who suffers from a severe form of ED
It all started during my first sexual encounters, when i realized that achieving and maintaining a decent erection was a struggle.
As a matter of fact, apart from any sexual encounter I could have possibly had, i hardly can think about a single masturbatory session carried out with a good rigidity and without losing the initial erection. There were particular circumstances when it happened, but in the overwhelming majority of the case, even when masturbating and even with manual stimulation, it would be almost a miracle if I got to obtain a full erection and, even if did so, I'd lose it in a matter of seconds.
Laying down on my back is the only position allowing me to obtain and maintain a decent erection, also without stimulation. The instant i move and turn right or left i start immediately losing it, while if I sit or, even worse, stand up my dick goes limp in no more than 5 or 10 seconds.
These are clear symptoms of venous leak and, along with the total absence of morning and nocturnal erections, they are making my existence, especially at this stage, unbearable. A nightmare.

Sorry for my English and thanks for your attention.

I am not as young as you are, but I was in the same situation for about 4 years. I can understand how it feels when you are in bed with your woman and can't have or maintain an erection. I didn't give up. I tried pills, injections, and Muse (into the urethra), but they all failed. All this time, I didn't know anything about implants, when I came across on FT, I said to myself this is the solution I have to go for. I started the process with ups and downs (with insurance issues), and finally got it implanted. Now, I can't be happier.
I don't know if the implant is covered or not for you, or if you can afford it, but you just need to know that there an excellent solution for you out there. Once you know that, you will no longer be depressed. Apart from that, you have a very supportive girl friend. Read more and more about young guys experiences here, and talk to your friend openly.

Thanks a lot. I really appreciate.
Implant seems to be my only solution and, given the situation, i just want to get there as soon as possible. I'm aware that is an extreme solution, but for an extreme condition i don't see other alternatives.
Thank you, again.
May i ask you something about your implant? Only a few questions.

Implant! Dude, I know I cannot relate to you on an age level, I am 57. But I do relate to the ED issue. I had a great sex life until my prostate cancer abruptly ended that at 53 years old. I love sex, and it was and still is a big self identifier for me. After the surgery, I lost all ability to have an erection. Only thing that worked for me was Bimix injections. I am not sure that will work for you, because of the venous leakage??
Get suicide out of your mind, you have options...implant is not a bad one, yes, it should be last tried, but it is not a bad option. It is, not reversible, so that is why it is the last option-not that is bad. For me, it was my only option left, so I did it and am so far happy with it. I did lose some size, but my wife actually likes my size more now, she can take me longer sex sessions without pain or getting sore, and she can even give me a decent blowjob now. Before, I could barely fit in her mouth.
seek help, seek a good urologist, seek life. YOu never know, getting the implant may be the best thing ever to happen to you! You would be able to last and fuck for hours, at anytime you and your girl wish. That is awesome ...Peace out

Very kind reply.
Sorry to hear about your cancer, but at least you regained (partially?) your sexual life.
At 57 you are still young and you deserve to be able to satisfy both yourself and your life. Without doubt.
How many length and girth have you lost? When fully erect, I'm about 7 inches in length and 5.1 in girth. I would be certainly willing to lose about one inch in length and 1/2 in girth. Losing more would be hard to accept.
Another concern i have is the one orgasm-related.
I read many people here who seem to have lost the ability to orgasm with the implant or who started suffering from severe delayed ejaculation. This is my mean concern. I'm terrified about it.
What's your experience in comparison to what you were experiencing when your sexual life hadn't been already affected by the tragedy you told me about?

I‘m 28. Also from Europe. Exact situation. I can’t even get a full erection and it fades in seconds.
(and trauma of the tunica in addition). I‘ll probably get an implant still this year.

Actually life isn’t free from problems. All humans have them. You got one that can be solved and you are young as fuck. So no need to despair.

I can understand you because I have 24 I am around 185 cm and 87 kg perfectly in shape, and my erection become worse and worse throughout the years, now it's difficult to have and maintain an erection but I will find a solution ! The medicine is better than before and we can heal ourselves in one way or another. Overall you are healthy, you can walk, run, watch, smell and eat. You can dm me if you want to talk.

Thanks, bro.
I hope you can find a solution, better if that were an oral one: try Cialis, Viagra and Levitra, if you haven't already done it.
Sadly, my only remaining solution is getting an implant.
My condition is not bereable. I can't even masturbate.
If yours is not that desperate, I'm sure you will find a way out.
Stay strong!

Unfortunately it's difficult even with pills, I think I will also get the implant. My fear size with the implant, I want to maximise my size, I heard about AMS LGX it prevent from size loss but is it possible to regain the maximum of the size with the implant ? This question is for members who are implanted

34 years old here.

Your solution is simple. Get the implant and start banging chicks whenever you want. Good luck brother.

Hellish problem, easy solution, implant.

No point messing around. Been there, lost everything, implants are amazing.

Stick with the girl though, that's a lot of patience and love being displayed there. Some women just cut you loose ruthlessly. She's worth trying for.

Tell her what you are going to do, she'll appreciate that you're taking steps to sort things out. She will also have how of a normal sex life.

Thus comes from an early 30's guy who lost a relationship and about offed offed himself.

But it is not that easy to get implanted. Doctors don't want to
Put implant because you want it. They always want from you trying Another methods even if you tried them with Another doctors. So it seems that way to be implanted is very Long.

Please don't assume you will lose size unless you get the LGX (I even gained a bit).
A good surgeon will not give you a shorter penis unless you have pre-existing issues that cause it.

It may not be easy in Italy (I really don't know), but you will have to find a doctor who takes pride in his/her work and doesn't rush things to show how fast he is.

I wonder if some doctors put in shorter cylinders and say the LGX will cover his sloppiness?

I'm sorry I'm such a skeptic.

You are not supposed to lose size with any implant model. If the doctor size you correctly, you get what came with to OR. LGX is appropriate for 18cm (with or without RTE) because it expands, as per Boston Scientific. For 21cm and more, usually (but not a rule) doctor fit CX or Titan.

The size loss mentioned is due to several years of ED. Almost everyone who had prostate surgery, and waited a couple of years before implant, lost an inch or more in size. Some regain part of that, but it is difficult to get all back even with aggressive cycling.
