Easier to ask it honestly. I'm a month out of surgery and wanna hook up with this dude, but I was told by doctor not to have sex or masturbate yet. Is this a problem though? I'm not gonna inflate the implant cause I don't wanna, but can I have a dude mess around with my dick? I mean, I'd probably get off but I don't know if this is bad. It's still sore so he'll stay off my balls.

No sex unless the doctor says it's okay, but I was able to masturbate to orgasm before I was even given the green light to inflate. Erection and orgasm are not connected to one another, so you can have one without the other. Just be gentle and don't get too vigorous while rubbing one out.

Infection is a really bad thing with implant surgery and is most common the closer to the surgery. And can even happen in the year after. Very rare past the one year mark. So I did not have any kind of sex (masturbation is sex) until cleared to do so. But I was cleared for sex at 4 weeks. But we are all different and so are the doctors we use. Best to follow your doctors instructions to the letter. A bit of a wait now not only to prevent infection but also to have the best outcome possible is what I would advise. Some doctors have a much longer time for activation and clearing for sex. And this can also vary from man to man depending on what the doctor saw or the work the doctor did to place the implant. So there can be other concerns than just infection. Difficult for us to wait and even more so with the sometimes long full recovery time for this. But that is the nature of this. For me I research this and was not only concerned about the doctors infection rate but also the activation time as well. so this was something that was part of my doctor selection. Of course some of us heal faster and have less that is needed during this surgery so some are even cleared faster but on the other side there are some of us that can take much longer. The thing is if you trust a doctor to do this surgery then you should trust the doctors instructions and follow them. Doing other wise is a risk.

I know this is a long journey for us before the surgery and we really just want to get back to as close to our normal health selves. But just try to keep your eye on the end results 3-6 months post op. This is when healing is close to 100%. I made myself a promise when I chose to have this surgery not to judge my outcome until 1 year post op. That gave me time to heal and adjust to and learn to use the device. And also to work to regain as much of my lost size as I could.

Man! You are not even cleared for cycling yet. I think this is a huge risk. I wouldn't touch anything till my doctor allows me to. You have waited too long for this to happen and went through an invasive surgery and a recovery period. Just a few weeks more.

I wouldn't.
A little over 4 weeks out I was sitting in a tub, horny as all get out. Still partly inflated. Couldn't wait for the all clear and masturbated with a toy. As much as it felt good to get off, it made me hurt like the day after surgery when all the drugs wore off. It wasn't worth it.
I was 5 1/2 weeks out when doc gave me the OK to go use it. Came home ready to do the wife. I was so damn sore afterwards I had to go sit in a tub of hot water to ease the pain.
Some heal faster than others, some have less pain, some have more pain. Infection is the thing to keep in mind though. If you aren't totally healed that is the big concern.
