PRP or Stem Cells Prior to Implant?

Hey, has anyone gotten the PRP or stem cell injections prior to being implanted to make the implant easier to install? I have severe corporal fibrosis from previous priapsims in my sleep and I have no bloodflow whatsoever as the corporal bodies have narrowed greatly. I have very minimal sensation and none at the glans which really sucks. Cialis and viagra don't do anything except help get it up a little faster during masturbation, which still takes a couple of minutes. Could the PRP cause a priapsim since my corporal bodies are to narrow that it wouldn't be able to drain easily?

I had a trauma with a Trimix injection 2 years ago, that caused my penis to be thinner because of the damage, so I went to get PRP injections, 3 months later after the PRP injections my penis got worse!!!!! Now my penis is even thinner and weaker, do not do PRP, it can increase scar tissue
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

Did prp and wave therapy….absolute garbage
42 ED for 9 years vl after a fall. Pre implant 8 1/4 bp x 6 1/8 ish
Clavell titan 26+1 rte…post op very excited: 8 5/8” x 6 1/4” (7” base)
Starting to lose some length
