Curves

Postby Confusedjourney » Sun Nov 21, 2021 2:28 pm

Hi I just implanted on 11/16. I have a little curve due to Perrones. Now that I’m implanted can Perrones still get worse ?

My experience was that my implant removed the bend ( 30 degree bend) caused by PD and it has not returned in the 7 years with the AMS LGX. However the surgeon who did the implant did what is called modelling which is a nice way of saying that during the implant surgery he inflated the implant and bent the area of PD the opposite way. This beaks the fibrosis scar tissue. I am glad I was unconscious at the time!
2011 RP, nerve sparing 1 side, Gleeson score 7. Injections with Caverject 5mgm caused severe pain, Trimix resulted in PD. Implant 2014 AMS LGX 18cm +2cm rte. Revision 2021, AMS LGX 18cm + 2cm rte

I went into implant surgery with a 60 degree bend, with a dorsal plaque mass running 2/3 the length of my penis. Like Martin, my surgeon spent a lot of time breaking up and fracturing the plaque. It was so large the only implant he could get in my dick was the CX. After surgery he said the curve had been reduced to 30 degrees. I spent two weeks after inflated to 70%, hoping to further improve curve. I don't think the bend was anywhere near 30 degrees, and is now very nearly straight. So no, I don't think the Peyronie's is coming back, especially if in the chronic phase when you get the implant.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

That’s interesting. My doctor said he discovered a cement like block that he said was most likely due to an old accident or trauma , which is wild to hear.
