For the people who got operated by him (or that had a visit), do you know how does it take the size measures? With stretched length or erect with saline injection?

Also does it operate in a private clinic or at the hospital?

The sizing method is per the implant manufacturer's instructions. Some doctors will also perform other measurements but I doubt that the implant size is determined by those. I think that the secondary measurements are merely to prove to men what size of penis they had prior to surgery.
