To the runners out there

I am cleared to resume exercising in 5 more days and plan to start jogging again. However, I still have very mild soreness and am uncertain of the best way to proceed knowing that this Titan will be bouncing around. I typically wear boxers, but think some snug briefs will serve better. Any advice?

Jockstrap or spandex shorts.

totally recommend jockstrap, my doctor told me to wear one for any physical activity. I love it.

Some men find that a jock strap (athletic supporter) chafes uncomfortably. Wearing the supporter over regular underwear or finding one of a smoother or softer material may help with that.

I like the David Archy bikini briefs. They are made from bamboo, feel like silk and hold me in place. Only brand I use now. I also have another pump for my AUS. 4 balls in the sack need control.
