When your Titan is flaccid, is it normal to feel the cylinders? Mine are very rigid , but I am also only 5 days out of surgery. Please share your experiences. Thx.

Early on they are stiff,but they will soften up.At 6 months out mine became very comfortable and I don’t even notice it when flacid anymore!

Yes, you will feel the cylinders, and yes, they do soften up after a while. But remember, now your dick has tubes in it. For a while, you will feel like your taking a piss through tubing...it will feel 'artificial'. Over time, the feeling will go away.
More than a year and a half out, when flaccid, I can still feel the tubing. Not in the way I describe above, but rather when I sit down in dress pants at work. Your dick is no longer as flexible and supple, so you are essentially walking around with a semi...the form of the tubing. You will be a shower from now on, lol.

An inflated Titan feels like a real dick, albeit an extremely hard one. Women will have no idea unless you tell them. Even the fear about the "third testicle" giving it away is overblown. Unless a chick works in the urology field, chances are she has no idea inflatable penile implants exist. Even if she notices something is "off" about your balls, she'll probably just assume it's just a generic deformity or the result of an injury.

I'm just shy of 3 months however since cycling about the last 2 months it will soften. It will never be as flaccid as without the implant but I'm getting to the stage where it just feels normal, yes I still notice it occasionally but nothing like the first few months.

To use an analogy from my late wife, she had saline breast implants done in her mid 40's . She said after 6 months, she knew they were there but it felt totally natural to her.
